Even heat all round. The stainless-steel H burner spreads heat evenly across the griddle, helping food cook consistently rather than leaving you chasing hotter spots.

Quick to heat up. The 12,500 BTU burner produces around 3.7 kW of heat, giving you plenty of cooking power. The H-shaped burner spreads that heat evenly, so food cooks consistently across the griddle.

More than just a lid. The hood protects the griddle from the elements and doubles as a basting dome. Close it to trap steam and help food cook evenly.

Delivering large items

Our FREE order & collect service

You can now order your small item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within the date of your selected delivery option.

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

Small items

Small item returns or refunds can be processed via stores, by contacting us or website. Items must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

Large items

Large item returns or refunds can only be processed by contacting us or website, these items cannot be returned to store. You will be contacted by a third-party courier to arrange a collection slot at your convenience. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.
